JVC - Retail/Residential Building (B+G+5+R)

We carried out the complete supply and application of Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) lining for the main water tank of a residential building, ensuring safe and durable water storage. In addition, our team executed comprehensive cementitious waterproofing across all apartment wet areas, including kitchens, washrooms, and balconies.

The project scope also involved meticulous surface preparation for every unit to achieve strong adhesion and maximize the effectiveness of the waterproofing layers. This step was crucial in preventing seepage and structural deterioration. By combining GRP for the tank and cementitious systems for residential wet areas, we delivered a long-lasting solution that protects both the building’s infrastructure and its residents’ quality of life.

Our execution followed UAE industry standards and best practices, with strict quality control measures and attention to detail at every stage. The result was a fully watertight structure with reliable protection against moisture damage.

Dubai South - Residential Building (G+4)

We completed comprehensive waterproofing works for wet areas across a 112-unit residential building, including all balconies, kitchens, and washrooms. Our team applied a high-performance polyurethane coating, ensuring long-term protection against moisture infiltration, leaks, and structural damage. The project scope covered both horizontal and vertical surfaces, with careful attention to detailing around joints, floor drains, and service penetrations.

This solution not only improved the durability of the building but also enhanced the living comfort of residents by preventing seepage, mold growth, and other water-related issues.
